I would like to express my appreciation to you for the excellent service provided by Z-Trac. It is difficult to express the difference that Z-Trac is making for us in training our Admissions Representatives and in tracking our leads. I have one regret; I did not know about this service long ago.

I have only been using Z-Trac for a couple of weeks now, but it is already paying for itself. Last week I discovered a lead call that came in after hours and our answering service mishandled the call and then neglected to report to us that the call had even come in. I was able to get the caller's name, address, phone number, and other essential information off of the recording. One of my representatives then called the prospect back and the individual was elated that we took the time to find her and return her call.

On another occasion, our receptionist's phone cut out before she was able to get the callers information. I asked one of our representatives to call the number back that was captured on the Z-Trac report, and again, the caller was thrilled with our customer service.

I oversee Admissions Representatives in 17 locations over a four state area. Z-Trac allows me to be in touch and aware of what is being said at all of our schools by receptionists and admissions representatives when inquiry calls come in. It also allows my regional Directors of Admissions and local DOAs to stay on top of every call. Now, the admissions representatives are asking to listen to their own calls so they can offer a better service.
